Kathy's dad used to cook for her when she is young...
we steam the chicken for 1/2 hr with Chilli, daun limau, serai...etc,
no oil added... it's healthy & delicious!
a little bit spicy, the chicken is tender & juicy...
Sweet & Sour Fish
Specially cook for those who can't take spicy food...
Sweet & little bit sour...
we deep fried the fish and serve with special tomato gravy..
Hmmm... Yummy~!
